Online booking

  • Can I book without knowing my exact flight times?

    Yes, you can book online even if your flight times have not yet been confirmed. As soon as you know them, simply call us and we will update your booking.

  • Will I receive confirmation of my booking?

    Yes, once your payment has been validated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail which you must present when you arrive at the car park.

  • Can I change or cancel my booking?

    For any changes, please contact us by telephone so that we can adjust your booking. In the event of cancellation : - If you have taken out cancellation insurance, you will receive a full refund. - If you do not have insurance, please contact us to find out the conditions that apply.

  • Is online payment secure?

    Yes, online payment is completely secure via the BPO platform. Once your payment has been validated, you will receive immediate confirmation by e-mail.

  • What should I do if the car park is full?

    To guarantee your parking space, we advise you to book before 6pm the day before your departure. If the car park is indicated as full on our site, you can leave your e-mail address and telephone number using the dedicated form, or contact our customer service department directly. We will then check whether a space is still available for you.

  • What times should I indicate when booking?

    On the outward journey, indicate the time you wish to drop off your vehicle, not the departure time of your flight. On the return journey, indicate the time of arrival of your flight. Don't forget to add your flight number: this will enable us to track your arrival in real time.

How the service works

  • Where is Solution Parking located in Nantes?

    Our car park is located at 3 Rue de la Tour - 44860 Saint-Aignan-Grandlieu, just a few minutes from Nantes Atlantique airport. We are an independent car park, with no direct link to the airport.

  • What are your working hours?

    We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without interruption.

  • Should I report a delay to my flight?

    Yes, it is important to inform us of any delays, even if we already monitor flight times in real time.

  • How do I find my shuttle on the day of pick-up?

    Your shuttle will be waiting for you at the location specified in the messages you will receive by e-mail and SMS after your payment, and again the day before or on the day of your departure. To ensure its presence, please confirm your arrival at the meeting point as soon as possible, either via the mobile app, by text message, or by calling the car park approximately 15 minutes before your arrival.

  • What types of vehicle do you accept?

    We accept most standard passenger vehicles. However, motorhomes and large commercial vehicles (types L2/H2, L3, H3, etc.) cannot be accepted.

Safety and insurance

  • How do I get to the car park?

    Once you have made your booking online, you will receive a confirmation email. On the day of your departure, please go directly to 3 Rue de la Tour – 44860 Saint-Aignan-Grandlieu. Show your confirmation to our on-site team: they will show you to your parking space and explain how the shuttle service works. You will then park your vehicle in the designated area, after which the shuttle will take you to’at the P9 Eco car park at Nantes Atlantique Airport. During your stay, your keys will be kept safe in a secure area.

  • How does the shuttle service work?

    Our shuttle service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. On arrival at the car park, a shuttle will take you to’at the P9 Eco car park at the airport. Departures from the car park to Nantes Atlantique Airport take place every half hour, at the top of the hour and at half past the hour. For your return journey, please call the shuttle once you have collected your luggage. Return journeys from the airport to the car park take place at h15 and h45. The shuttle will then collect you from the designated meeting point at one of these fixed times.

  • Why do I have to leave my keys?

    Your vehicle will always remain in our fully secure enclosure. We keep your keys in a dedicated, highly secure area. Vehicles never leave the car park: they can simply be moved between the arrival and departure areas to make it easier for you to pick them up on your return.

  • What are the advantages of Solution Parking?

    Solution Parking offers you a complete service with a free shuttle service available 24/7, a secure car park under constant surveillance, and a simple, fast and immediately confirmed online reservation.

  • Where will my vehicle be parked while I'm away?

    Your vehicle will be parked in a private, closed and secure car park with strictly controlled access. It will never leave the premises during your stay, and its keys will be kept safely in a dedicated safe.

Rates, special offers & loyalty

  • Is the shuttle service free?

    The shuttle service is included in your booking for up to 4 passengers at no extra charge. From the 5thᵉ passenger, a supplement of €5 is applied.

  • How can I recommend someone I know?

    Log on to your customer area, under «My recommendations». You'll find a personal code to share with your friends and family. When they book, all they have to do is enter this code in the promotional codes field at the time of payment.

  • How do I get my invoice?

    You can download your invoice from your customer area, in the «My bookings» section, simply by clicking on «Invoice». It can be made out in your personal name or in the name of your company with your SIRET number, particularly for business travel.

  • Why do your prices fluctuate regularly?

    Like the airlines, our prices vary according to several criteria: the date of booking, demand during peak periods and the occupancy rate of the car park. To take advantage of the best rates, we advise you to book as early as possible.

  • Do you offer sliding scale tariffs?

    Yes, our rates are on a sliding scale: the longer you park, the cheaper the price per day, with significant reductions depending on the parking space you choose.
